About the book:
'Poignant, courageous, humorous and tender, Daughter of Two Cultures offers insights into the dichotomy of worlds navigated by the children of immigrants. In this uplifting hybrid memoir, comprising short stories, poems, and an essay, Eva Wong Ng focuses on love, loss and friendship. She draws on her Chinese family's history and the cultural differences between her family, her Auckland schoolmates and neighbours, and later colleagues and friends in the wider community and throughout New Zealand.'
