Hoods Up Volume Down: Sensory Hour

Wednesday, 10th April 2024 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Mosgiel and City Library

April is Autism and Neurodiversity Awareness Month, a time to appreciate and celebrate the minds that inspire diverse perspectives and approaches in our lives today.

Mosgiel and City Library will be participating in #hoodsupvolumedown next Wednesday, 10 April at 10am. A Quiet Hour such as this offers patrons a browsing hour with reduced noise, lighting, and other distractions around the library. This means lighting throughout the library is dimmed or turned off, screens around the building will be turned off, and trolleys will be docked to avoid loud noises.
