Climate and Creative Expression Workshop with Lola Elvy
Saturday, 17th May 2025 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Online
Join Lola in this Saturday workshop! We will look at the poetics of language: How does flash fiction intersect with poetry? How does thinking about language change when writing in a small form? We will also ask how our environment shapes what we write. As we grow and live through times of pandemic, bushfire, and flood, we also hold on to our friends, families, communities. How do these shifting cultures and events build our creative voice? How do they compel us, inspire us, drive us forward?
