Walking Greater Dunedin one street at a time

That Blind Woman Julie Woods and her walking companion Jo Stodart have completed their mission of walking every street in the greater Dunedin area, some 3,300 square kilometres. They reflect on their special relationship and look ahead to what's next.

When That Blind Woman Julie Woods and Jo Stodart finished walking every street in Dunedin in 2022, they loved it so much, they didn’t want to stop.

By extending their boundary to Greater Dunedin, this meant they could carry on walking the streets every Saturday morning, as south as Berwick, as east as Aramoana, as north as Waikouaiti and as west as Hyde.

They started in Port Chalmers on November 5, 2022 and nearly four years later, on Sunday October 11 the pair completed their goal when they reached the Dunedin sign just past Hyde.

They joined Jeff today on the OARsome Morning Show to reflect on their partnership. And was there a hint of what's next??
