Ōtepoti Theatre Lab Playwrights Programme, will be open for submissions from Monday 1st May 2023

If you've had an idea simmering for a stage work or been wrestling with writing a new play, this could be the opportunity for you.

A combination of individualised support and collaborative lab sessions, this 10-week programme matches you with the best dramaturg for you and your project, and a professional creative team to bring it to life.

This programme is open to applications from new/emerging writers based in the Dunedin Ōtepoti region, with three writers selected to take part each year.
