Rain at the bus stop. So delicate, each drop feels like moth feet moving across skin. The notebook paper crinkles, the ink of the pen smudges. Two security guards float by in neon yellow, the pavement softens. There are diesel fumes from not-my-buses, minimal shelter from the wall behind.
