Calling literary programmers!

We’re excited to share that Melbourne's 6th International Literary Programmers Roundtable will take place in 2027! EOIs close: Monday 5 October, 11.59pm AEDT

Usually held biennially, this unique programme is returning for another round, bringing together six literary professionals from UNESCO Creative Cities and six delegates from Melbourne’s literary sector for an intensive programme of discussion, exchange and collaboration.

The opportunity is open to professionals working in the literary sector who develop and deliver programmes for audiences — from festival directors and librarians to bookshop programmers and other literary professionals.

This is a working trip rather than a passive tour. Participants will be expected to contribute, share ideas and prepare presentations, with three online preparation meetings taking place ahead of the Melbourne programme.
