There are significant new developments in Trust Law. Not only is the new Trusts Act coming into force on 30 January 2021, there are also judicial developments in regard to settlor and trustee powers that are challenging the validity of trusts and the exercise of trustee powers. The Faculty of Law at the University of Otago is pleased to present a webinar on these new developments. The webinar is aimed at lawyers and other professionals engaged in advising on or administering trusts as well as trust litigators.

Letterpress Courses with John Holmes

Invented in the mid-15th century, letterpress printing’s recent revival as an artisan form is flourishing where printing presses survive. This course offers a rare opportunity to work with experts to explore the technique and its artistic properties. During this intensive short course, participants will be fully immersed in letterpress printing by hand.

Each course is limited to 5 people.

Fake News and Disinformation courses with Stephen Davis

Course 3: The good citizens’ guide to navigating the world of fake news and misinformation
