Arts Grants 2022/23

Arts Grants is the most popular fund. Arts Grants are open to emerging and established artists, arts practitioners and arts organisations for a range of activities. You can apply even if you haven’t applied for or received funding from Creative New Zealand before.

Four Arts Grants funding rounds are offered in 2022/23. Each Arts Grants round will close once 250 applications have been submitted. More about Arts Grants

Annual bursary awarded to a published writer or playwright at an early stage of their career who applies to Arts Grants 2022/23 Round 1 to write a new work. More about the Todd New Writer's Bursary

Global Networks Presentation Fund

Toi Ake - Mātauranga Māori Te Awe Kōtuku Fund

Funding for ngā toi Māori artists and arts practitioners to work with marae hapū, iwi, whakapapa-based ropu and mātāwaka to protect, cultivate and retain mātauranga Maori related to heritage ngā toi Māori and foster the distinctive arts and cultural practices and knowledge of hapū and iwi.
