Fourth Transported Decal

If you live in Kaikorai you may have spotted the 4th Transported heritage decal. This one is at 566 Kaikorai Valley Road and features a crew member of the Combination Dummy 101 decorating the tram in 1957.

Anybody know what it was getting decorated for?
The text by Victor Billot reads: "The fields of light, curving under the passenger window seat as they enter and depart, from wherever, to locations.
