DWRF Literary Lunch Series: Wed 6 May

Renowned NZ writer Philip Temple, who lives locally, will be talking about his latest novel 'MiStory' as part of the DWRF Literary Lunch Series.

Wednesday 6 May, 12noon-1pm in the Clarkson Room at the Regent Theatre — and like all the talks in this series, it is FREE!

Award-winning local author Philip Temple’s latest novel MiStory explores a future New Zealand: a scary place where global warming has changed the landscape and surveillance is mandatory. Is this prediction or fiction? Join Temple, with local writer Neville Peat, as he shares his concerns for the future and they discuss just how accurate this prediction of an Orwellian world may be.
