The Dunedin Fringe team have been hard at
work putting together an incredible programme for the 2023 New Zealand Young
Writers Festival (NZYWF), which celebrates the cutting edge of contemporary
writing in Aotearoa. The festival showcases some of the country’s brightest
literary voices aged 15 - 35, right here in Ōtepoti Dunedin, from 21 - 24 September
2023.
They’ve curated 17 free events across four days,
featuring over 40 incredible artists, including 2023 Billy T Award
winner and comedian, Abby Howells; playwright and Spinoff
journalist Sam Brooks; and Rat World
Magazine Founder and Editor in Chief, Jennifer Cheuk,
who is the festival Guest Curator.
