The Speed of Modern Life: Free Projection Event – and Related Lectures

Visiting William Evans Fellow, Professor Sally Shuttleworth (Oxford University) will light up the University of Otago’s Richardson Building with an award-winning sound and light show, designed to showcase work from her European Research Council-funded project, ‘Diseases of Modern Life’.  The event is a collaboration between Professor Shuttleworth and Ross Ashton and Karen Monid of The Projection Studio.  Ashton and Monid have worked on some of the most famous buildings and events in the world, including projections on Buckingham Palace, and at the London Olympics.

In order to contextualize the projection, Professor Shuttleworth will offer a free public lecture
