The Glass Menagerie

18 - 27 March 2021

The Glass Menagerie
By Tennessee Williams
Director: Joseph Cecchi

One of the very first Globe productions (1961), this classic American play opens The Globe’s 60th Anniversary Season and is also part of the 2021 Dunedin Fringe Festival.

With the Great Depression as the background of the play, this drama is a tour de force of love, abandonment and isolation when people cannot connect with each other or the world at large.
