Restorying Tinana

2 July 2022 10:00am — 12:00pm

Location: Community Gallery, 26 Princes Street, Dunedin

Rachel Ruckstuhl-Mann (Kāi Tahu Whānui) leads a physical workshop focused on embodying stories of Te Taiao and Te Ao Māori, embedded within our anatomy. She combines practices of dance, theatre, somatics (body awareness) and healing modalities into a creative space of exploration that works towards restorying our physical, energetic and communal selves within the context of whenua and whakapapa.

No previous experience needed, all bodies welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, comfortable warm clothing, a drink bottle and anything else that you need in order to participate fully and with ease. FREE to attend, register via the link: Restorying Tinana Tickets, Sat 2/07/2022 at 10:00 AM | Eventbrite

Please note, numbers will be limited to allow for spacing and keeping all participants as safe as possible.
