Haere mai e te whānau!
The Collective is pleased to present our final poetry night for the year on November 17th at 8PM. Rushi Vyas will be our MC for this event, and Jasmine O M Taylor will be the feature.
We will also take time for a tribute to Ian Loughran, who we lost this year and were not able to adequately celebrate due to Covid-19's impact on events.
Of course, as ever, we will have slots for those who wish to read at the open mic. Please find Rushi on the night to sign up.
IMPORTANT: the Octagon Collective strives to present a welcoming, inclusive space for all people. That means it behoves all of us who participate to think - who might be in the audience?
We decry all racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any kind of hate speech.
Above all, please as both audience and participants, have fun! Snap your fingers, applaud heartily, hoot at the end of a piece if you like.

We are subject to level 2 protocols, so please sign in on arrival and wear a mask unless seated. Numbers in Bark are limited to 45 people.
