DESCRIPTION:Come along to the City Library’s Storypit on Saturday 8th October at 12.30pm to hear children’s songwriter and author Lucy Davey read from some of her latest books for children, including The Bees Sneeze, Dinosaur Hunting, and The Mystery Box & Finnigan Flynn.
Lucy will be familiar to young readers from her Fifi la Belle picture books, and Out of Bed Fred!, for which she won the Storylines Joy Cowley award in 2010. Lucy loves talking with children and encouraging them to write stories of their own.
As well as stories to hear, there will be a GRAND COLOURING COMPETITION, so bring your best artistic skills along for a chance to win a prize!
