Dunedin Public Art Gallery is now inviting proposals for the 2024 Rear Window Moving Image Programme

The Rear Window gallery has provided an exciting microcosm of moving image with Aotearoa contemporary artists Aliyah Winter, Christopher Ulutupu, George Watson, Neihana Gordon-Stables, Jae Hoon Lee, Laura Duffy, Louisa Afoa, Pati Solomona Tyrell and Sonya Lacey contributing to the programme. A fresh call for proposals encourages new voices from within the Ōtepoti arts community and across the motu to present their work in this open and accessible space.

Successful applicants will receive a showing fee of $500 with applications set to close Friday 24th of November. Selected works will be exhibited on a single flatscreen monitor affixed to the wall and will screen 24/7 with audio running between 6 am and midnight due to residential restrictions.
